Meet my FAB belt. It’s from local artist and jeweler, Johnny Trujillo, and it was a true labor of love for him. He painstakingly worked and worked to create an exact replica of “those lips” … can you guess who’s they are???
I tried this belt on in Johnny’s studio, with the hope of purchasing it, some 10+ years ago and he didn’t want to part with it.
My hubby recently circled back and was able to purchase it for me for Mother’s Day. (That guy is a keeper!)
Anyhoo ~ this belt is more of an art treasure, is solid sterling silver and weighs just under 3 lbs.
Now THAT’S some serious lip service! Do YOU have a special ‘something’ in your collection?

you know … I, of course, know the back story on this belt and somehow in my brain I just assumed everyone would know these were Angelina Jolie’s ….but why in the world would anyone know that and I totally understand why you might think they are mine!
