No, today is more about asking YOU a few questions about how you work. Such as, do you work alone out of a home office? Do you sometimes crave interaction with other people/peers and the ability to bounce an idea off of another human being?
OR if you work in a more traditional workplace, do you secretly wish that it wasn’t so stodgy and more conducive towards creative thought and collaborative work areas? Well then, today’s post/video is for YOU.
Allow me to please introduce you to my dear friend and owner of WORKSPACE DYNAMICS, Mary. … you may recognize Mary from her appearance on this video where she basically stole the show at the very end!
Anyhoo, Mary was running on minimal sleep and I wasn’t actually feeling very well, but she downed a coffee and I a donut so that together we could show you the latest in collaborative workspaces by visiting two really FAB local examples.
We’re also sharing why it’s SO important that the traditional workplace step it up a notch. A HUGE notch, because employees nowadays want all the comforts of home, as well as the latest in technology, and there’s even a word for it: RESIMMERCIAL.
See what we’re talking about and learn more about the latest in workspace trends by clicking on the arrow below. ENJOY!
Got a work space that needs a kick in the pants but don’t know where to start? Why not consider working with an expert, like Mary and/or your local KNOLL Dealership? Who knows? … you may even have fun in the process!

I was not aware of this term but it makes perfect sense. My son’s office allows for two 15 minute social media breaks and the employees don’t feel like they are missing out on something while at work and improves their overall moral.
Oh, that’s interesting and I know that people feel like they go “without” connection when they are at a traditional workplace. Times they ARE a changin’!
Love when you spin the chairs
Well, I couldn’t wear them, Beth, so …!
I want those light fixtures and your earrings from the law firm.
Well those earrings I can help you with ~ Linked above. ^ ^ ^
(*** how can I get my hands on those light fixtures?! Ha!)
I haven’t watched your video yet but the concept is intriguing. I am Principal/Owner of a busy real estate investing company. Robert Kiyosaki’s book Rich Dad Poor Dad is the impetus for what I do today. The goals of my company are pretty simple: target motivated sellers with underperforming multifamily properties…ranging from 5-20 units & above. Think of real estate investors as problem solvers. Sellers can be behind in property taxes, have bad property management, properties need upgrades or they’re simply burnt out and want to retire. Don’t know if that would be applicable to real estate investing, however, I’m open to it. I have a team of professionals that I work with: real estate agents, property managers, private investors & mortgage brokers. In solving seller problems, it becomes a win-win situation for everyone.
We love what Mary did at FatPipe ABQ. We always get compliments on the bright colors and open feeling! Thanks Mary & Jamie!
This is such a charming space & I like the concept. Thanks for the info Jamie.
