ALLY Shoes ~ Style Meets Science

Hi Friends!  Today I want to talk about ALLY Shoes.  

ALLY (pronounced AL-eye) is your ally in fashion.  They make pain-free heels in sizes 4-12 .. in 4 different widths!  I KNOW!! … My mind is blown too. 

Born out of an accident, Founder and CEO Samantha Dong had a bad foot injury and couldn’t find shoes that didn’t hurt. She teamed up with designer Sara Jaramillo and podiatric expert, Dr. Roxann Clarke, and together they design stylish heels that are scientifically engineered to alleviate pain using a patented, ergonomic support structure … and I’ve got to say, they are Awesome Sauce!

I selected the Bossy Beige Leather Cap Toe Lower Block Heel Pump because I decided I wanted a tried & true, stand the test of time, classic shoe and thought these were exactly that. 

But before I did that, I took their online Fit Finder quiz, which, because I have 2 lovely bunions, suggested that I select a slightly wider shoe.  I’ve never actually worn a wider shoe before so I took advantage of their “complimentary fitting” and had ALLY sent me a sample shoe to try (shown below) before ordering a wider width.  

SO very glad I took advance of this service because my feet feel so much better in this particular width and I am now the proud owner of  these fab Cap Toes!

And here’s how I styled them.  I see many years of styling these in my future. 

ALLY offers a full range of heel styles and heights, plus a flat with arch support. Normal in-stock shipping time for Ally shoes is generally  2-3 days, however my made-to-order pair took about 3-4 weeks to arrive.  Not a big deal for me AND they were totally worth the wait!
