Hey Friends! Today I want to talk about the the brand Buffalo David Bitton. Known mainly for cool-girl (and guy) denim pieces, I had zero idea that they also offer dresses and THIS Carey Ruffled Corset dress certainly carries a look all on its own!
And it really shines with the addition of my French Kande jewelry. … Did someone just say GIVE ME THIS ENTIRE LOOK?!
The Carey is a long dress with self-tie shoulder straps. This allows for you decide how high, or low, you want the front of the dress to drape.
And like a corset, the waist of this dress is emphasized by ties and an open back with crisscross lacing.
YES, you’re going to need a special bra (or no bra at all) ~ but DANG if this doesn’t check all the haute black dress boxes. OH … it also comes in pink.

Now ~ this is not a pair of jeans I might normally gravitate to, but seeing as everyone is obsessed with It Girl, Viral Sensation Alix Earle this particular cut is something she often sports … so I decided to give them a try.
Paired with Top Foxx sunnies, (which, BTW, are made from plants!), and a Katia Designs boho wrap bracelet I was feelin pretty current.
These low-rise Gwen jeans have a stonewash finish throughout. Made from a stretch denim, they also have a zip fly, five pockets, and a button closure. Ready yourself because this cut is not going anywhere anytime soon.

The sneakers are from a brand called P448. They were majority on sale at Nordstrom Rack and mine arrived with 3 different laces (gray, white and a velvet… not sure if that’s was a mistake or not!) in the box.
