Ok ~ as I’m writing this I’m wearing their Unisex Claude blue light glasses in Champagne. As much time as I spend on my electronics, I worry about eye strain as blue light penetrates all the way to your retina and can actually be the source of blurry, tired and damaged eyes. Blue light can also cause headaches and disrupt your sleep-wake cycle. Blue light lens block, or at least filter out, certain light waves from your devices and as far as I’m concerned every little bit helps.
