I just returned from what I realized was my 34th trip to France. Now I know this seems nearly impossible, but seeing as my Mother moved to France some 30 years ago and I try to visit her at least twice a year (sometimes multiple times a year, as I did last year) it’s TRUE ~ 34 times.
After this many trips to France, I’ve come to develop quite a bit of a love affair with all things French, so when French Kande wanted to send me something from their latest jewelry collection, HOW IN THE WORLD could I possibly pass something like this up?
If you’re not familiar with the fabness of French Kande, it is a vintage forward® jewelry line created by indie designer Kande Hall. Her collections feature stunning, vintage French medallions from the 1960’s (yesssss, gurrrllll …. VINTAGE French Medallions!!!) that she discovered during her travels throughout France AND each and every piece is hand made when you order it, from start to finish, in her studio in Los Angeles by local artisans.
I’m enjoying my double stranded pearls and Lyon chain with mini Saint Michel Medallion necklace that I recently wore for drinks with the Hubs …

… and then wore again when I was just being all urban and stuff.

I love that my necklace is super versatile and can be worn dressy or casual, but ever since I spied THIS PARTICULAR BRACELET it has been consuming my every thought! (So has THIS RING.)
So, if the thought of unique jewelry made with all kinds of French goodness rings your bell, too ~ spend some time and shop their collection HERE. Oh, and code MORETURQ gets you a free pair of sterling or brass stud earrings with your 1st order. Bon Shopping, friends!
I have one of their bracelets and told my husband I would like more for our anniversary.
Sounds like a GREAT idea, Jaylene!
Oh Jamie!!! I’m in love 😍!
SOOO great, right Cheryl?!
34th time to France? Wow, Jaime!
crazy, right?!
Just a few days ago purchased my first French Kande necklace, was so excited seeing you wearing a great piece. I think this is the start of a collection.
Fabulous, Phyllis!
I’ve been admiring this line of jewelry for the past year. Looks like it’s time to pull the trigger and buy a piece!
Love the two ways you styled it!

You’ll love it, GF!
I first learned about French Kande when I started following your blog and I think it is gorgeous! I love your phrase “vintage forward”. So I was wondering how you pronounce “Kande”? Thank you for another really fun post!
Hi Jamie – Sorry this is a bit off-topic for this post, but I love the white jacket, and notice you often wear items from Shein. I’ve heard some people say they’ve not had a good experience with that site (and other internet-based clothing companies, so I’m curious as to what your experience has been. Perhaps sometime you could write a post on internet clothing companies you order from and how they have worked for you. Thanks – You look fab as always!
Hi Lynette! Off-topic is never a problem. So SheIn is one of the majorly inexpensive brands that I will wear for items that are TRENDY. I HAVE heard of some people having difficulty with sizing (and maybe sometimes quality) Because their items are generally so inexpensive, I personally don’t worry too much about the quality as I will only wear them just a few times. But the sizing I generally get right because I do not worry about their size might be. I know my measurements and sometimes I’m a S in an item and sometimes I’m a L …. I simply follow my measurements. So far it’s turned out ok for me.
BUT … you’re RIGHT. I should probably do a blog post on this subject. Thanks, Lynette! xo
