… I’ll have to talk to my mail carrier about that … but I DID recently get to tromps around on the grounds of the Chåteau de la Rochefoucauld at my mother’s home in France which was the closest I’ve ever come to any royal family.
The La Rochefoucauld family had quite a powerful presence in France’s history, both socially and politically, and members of the current La Rochefoucauld family still actually live in the castle.
It is quite beautiful there and, frankly, it’s hard not to feel envious of such a life and lifestyle …
… but, you know, I LOVE my life and I kind of feel like my home is MY castle.
