Have you ever wanted to cook like a chef?
Well ~ on today’s video, and as part of my #MyNewMexico #MyHeritageHotelsAndResorts video series, we go behind the scenes at Level 5 rooftop restaurant and lounge where Chef Patrick shows us how to make his famous Turquoise Trail Beef Filet dish. What I love most about this dish is that he serves it with calabacitas and green chile mashed potatoes. … and for those of you in the back row, I said he serves it with CALABACITAS and GREEN CHILE mashed potatoes!!! #SONewMexican
So just click on the red arrow below and ENJOY because the second half of this 2+ minute video I show YOU (and Sherry and my surprise guest) just how easy this yummy meal is to make.
If you’re local, be sure to stop by Level 5 to experience this FAB meal for yourself and/or ALL OF YOU can print this recipe and make it in the comfort of your own home. You will LOVE it!!
We add green chile to everything.
Yum! I’m coming over, Rachel.
BOOTS BOOTS BOOTS! and those mashed potatoes!
(*they’re easy to bust a move in!)
Well I know what I’m cooking this weekend 🙂 Thanks for sharing the recipe–love Level 5! Great video, your house is beautiful, and so are those boots!!!
Another fun video! That food looks delicious!!
It is delish, my friend. Want me to make it for you sometime?
Great looking meal! New Mexico yum, huh? Bet it’s delicious—–
Hi Jamie,
I couldn’t help but notice that while in your [gorgeous] kitchen, your two four-legged “assistants” were waiting for a taste! Love your outfit. I enjoy cooking so this is one I’ll definitely try for myself and my husband [provided we can keep our four-footed babies away!]. Thanks for the recipe with all its yummy ingredients.
They are always there, Alicia. (and I love it so!)
Where can I get your dishes?
You’re going to have to book a trip to Italy, Lisa. (YAY for you!!) We purchased an entire set of gorge Italian dishes a few years back when we traveled the Amalfi coast.
Going to try – especially the Chile mashed potatoes!
I must state, my husband did not marry me for my cooking skills. But these dishes definitely look doable.
They’re easy peasy, Cheryl. (I’ve only become a pretty good cook over the past 10 years …. before that I “cooked” a lot of cereal!)
If it weren’t for the cereal companies, me and my family would be dead!!!lol
I am totally going to make this! I was so worried about your sleeves getting dirty, but you avoided the possible mess! Brilliant!
