Over my 5+ years of blogging, I’m often asked many questions about my clothes, my shoes, my jewelry, my makeup etc. … but I’m also equally asked as many questions about New Mexico. The questions generally inquire as to where to stay, what to do, where to eat and ALWAYS where to shop. So I’m super excited to share with you today that I am now able to answer these New Mexico specific questions via video!
That’s right. You see, my dear friends at Heritage Hotels & Resorts (who daily celebrate the rich, multi-cultural heritage of New Mexico) and I have formed a partnership so that I can bring to YOU, my FAB readers, the scoop on All Things New Mexico and today’s post launches the beginning of a series of fun videos that will be coming at you every 15 days or so. <<< Eek. I’m going to be busy!
So with this all being said, I wouldn’t want to shoot my first video in this series without including one of my very best besties …
so I reached out to Darlene from Style For Less Vegas to see if she wanted to join in on the fun. All you have to do is clicky clicky on the red arrow below as we show you two FAB things to do and see in Santa Fe. ENJOY!
*** You can recreate this experience for yourself the next time you’re in Santa Fe by taking a visit to Meow Wolf. Immerse yourself in art and entertainment and do allow for lots of time! Then swing by Eldorado Hotel & Spa to enjoy the best happy hour at the Agave Restaurant & Lounge.

Come on down, Beth!
Oh my gosh, Jamie this video is so cute! You and your friend had to in stitches. My favorite part is when your glasses pop off.
Thank you, Larsa! Yes, Darlene brings out the giggle in me. (* she writes a really fun blog. Click on “style for less vegas” above and it takes you to it)
You two are funny! We take our kids to Meow Wolf every time we go to Santa Fe.
It’s so great, right, Roxanne?!
Oh I am headed to Santa Fe in April and your series could not be more welcomed. I can hardly wait to see it in person. Thanks so much.
Oh- that’s great to hear, Maryanne! (ask me anything!)
You are a wonderful ambassador for New Mexico!
Thank you, GF!

Thanks, Jodie! Darlene is a hoot.
I always have so much fun when I’m with you, my friend! Meow Wolf was such a unique experience and the Agave Lounge had the best drinks, food and atmosphere! I can see why it’s always voted the best Happy Hour in Santa Fe!

we need to do another!!
Definitely!!
You’re having entirely too much fun! Good for you!!
I clicked through and just discovered that a Meow Wolf is coming to Denver in 2020! (I’m in Northern Colorado.) Very excited. Looks like a very cool experience!
It really is, Rosemarie. There are lots of things that we didn’t show (mainly because the footage was too dark) but it’s definitely worth going to.
When in Santa Fe, Check out Tom Taylor Buckles at the La Fonda across from the lounge – the best I have ever seen in sterling Buckles and handmade leather bags and briefcases created by local new Mexico artists and silversmiths – as well as the biggest selection of leather and exotic belts – everything made in the USA – no imports – the best, the classiest store ever.
I go there frequently and have never gone to these places. Too busy, I guess.
Worth checking out, Mary. XO
Oh my gosh!! That looked to be SO MUCH FUN!!!! Wish something like that were near me😟. “Back in a’day”, my early twenties, I was absolutely obsessed with all thing “Southwest design” (it was all the rage), after seeing the that video… I still am!!!!
What nice comments. Thank you, Cheryl!
What a fun ride with you two babes! Do another please, please, please!!!!
Every 15 days, Ms Patty!
