So, have you been thinking to yourself that you wished you owned some unique, one-of-a kind jewelry that won’t be spotted on everyone else in town? Have you also been thinking that you additionally wished there was some way you could do more to give back to the community?
Well then ~ I’ve got some good news for you. If you live in, or know that you’ll be visiting the Albuquerque area on Thursday, June 18, 2015, then you can accomplish both of these things by attending the Marisa Stanford jewelry trunk show at Silk Road Connection.
It is at this trunk show where you will find such fab items as this
beautiful multi-strand pearl necklace w/African silver accents and this long fun, faceted stone charm necklace. LOVING the Queen Bee tag!
Also available will be this
stunning pearl and garnet tassel necklace with similar earrings.
You might find yourself attracted to this rockin’
turquoise and citrine necklace with wooden budda pendant, or perhaps these …
“boho chic” howlite necklaces ( my personal faves ) with matching earrings.
GORGEOUS jewelry … you say … but how does this give back to the community?
Well, for every piece of Marisa’s jewelry (and there will be oodles to choose from!) you purchase, Silk Road Connection will donate a portion of the proceeds to Saranam, an organization who’s mission is to help end homelessness and poverty in New Mexico by assisting with housing, education and supportive communities.
This fundraiser to support Saranam that will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2015 from 11am – 7pm, however,
the Marisa Stanford jewelry trunk show will run through Saturday, June 20, 2015.
And as an old jewelry designer myself … and as “old” I mean previous. I don’t mean old as in OLD ~ but you all knew that right? … (crickets.) I really admire Marisa’s work. You will too. See you at Silk Road Connection!

NICE STUFF!!! I’ll try to stop by.
What an Excellent Idea !!! Personally, I hate to spend a lot of money on myself knowing there are so many needy in the world, and this is a solution.

Nope.. I WISH. They are all for sale at the trunk show.
I LOVE the buddha pendant with your Worth bambi print jacket!
I am also a customer of Marisa’s jewelry. I own 4-5 neckaces and matching earrings. Every place I wear them I get so many compliments and have never had to have one piece repaired. I love everything she makes!
That’s awesome, Jackie!
