This past weekend, I was planning on meeting up with a girlfriend to have a fun brunch and knock out some Christmas shopping before all the stores got too busy.
It had sounded like the perfect plan, until I woke up to this …

I actually really enjoy it when it snows …
except for when I have someplace to go.
I love connecting with this particular girlfriend, as she’s fellow fashionista. We often spend the lion share of our time together talking about our latest fashion acquisitions. So, I was anxious to show her my new c/o long vest and
my new fab bag.

But seeing that I live in the mountains and more snow was coming, I was left with no choice but to call it a “pjs and hot cocoa” kind of day.
That’s too bad … because I know she would have gotten a kick out of them!

Ha! No, girl … I live in an area that ALWAYS gets snowed in. When it starts ~ you just stay home. But I know what you’re saying’ about wasting an outfit. 😄
