A MUST Attend

OH MY GOSH!  Did you all know that we are about to have the first International Designer Fashion Show here in New Mexico?  Yep.  You heard me correctly and it’s officially known as: I’m super excited to share this with you because I’ve got all the “behind-the-scenes skinny” and trust me when I tell you, this show is going to be AMAZING!

Lucky attendees of the show will get an up close and personal look at Fall collections from Brunello Cucinelli, ETRO, and THE ROW … just to name a few. Additionally,  attendees will view the works of such fab local designers as Orlando Dugi (DUGI) and Danielle of Atelier Danielle!  I mean, seriously, check out this incredible lineup.     YOU,  fellow lover of fashion,  must be about to explode right about now.

But, wait ~ there’s so much more.   We’re going to see an opening and a closing, 6 separate designer segments, a special collection of United Nude shoes being flown in from New York specifically for this show, a fashion presentation by costume designer, Renato Dicent and  I am now about to explode … SWAG!  Now you understand why I have titled this post: A MUST Attend.

As one not to be left out of a Must Attend,  I have not only already secured my ticket, I will be sitting in the front row.  Now, when one sits in the front row of a fashion show such as this, one must wear something fabulous and a quick inventory of my closet tells me that I have nothing fabulous to wear.  Nothing.  #FrontRowPressure

I selected the most fab outfit to rent for my future appearance at the front row but I was struggling between 2 different sizes.  No problem ~ because Rent The Runway will send me a free 2nd size of the same item.

Now,  I suppose that both items could arrive and potentially not fit me.  Should this tragedy occur, my Plan B is to wear my infamous have worn to every event in town, again-and-again for, at least, the past 10 years green suit.
