And by *It* I mean the fact that I am the Queen of pairing High w/Low and my HIGH is often something major Designer and my Low is often something from SheIn.
SOOOO many of you ask me questions about SheIn and what I really think of them because you’ve spied me wearing their clothes and accessories for many years. These are (essentially) the top 3 questions I always receive:
Does it take a really long time to receive your order from SheIn? ~ Frankly, I’m not really sure as I have a contact at SheIn who works with influencers and I place my orders through her. My orders usually arrive within 7-10 days HOWEVER I have heard that some of you have occasionally experienced a 3 week lead-time or longer.
Is their sizing consistent and accurate? ~ My answer to this is always the same. I only order by using my measurements. If I follow my actual measurements, based of the item sizing chart, sometimes I order a small … sometimes I order a XL. As long as I order based off of my actual measurements, I would say that 85% of the time the item(s) fit me properly. IGNORE what their size tag says … use your measurements, measurements MEASUREMENTS.
What is SheIn’s quality like? ~ I consider SheIn to be a great website to order inexpensive, TRENDY items that are totally seasonal. I don’t want to spend a lot of money on a trend and I don’t have HUGE expectations from a $14 blouse. If it lasts for more than 3 washes, then I’m THRILLED, as I had only planned on wearing it about 3 times ~ any more wearings is a bonus. I’ve had great luck with their accessories and many of their bags AND shoes still live in my closest. (I’m not a crazy about their jewelry, though.)

What’s YOUR go-to store/site for trendy pieces?
Frankly with their prices, I will endure just about anything. My girls are always ordering things from them (as do I) and generally happy with the process, as a whole. We are definitely sold. You just can’t bet the selection and prices!!!

I’ve been pleased with Shein and agree, always look at the measurements. My delivery time has usually been within 2 weeks or sooner. For accessories, I’m all about Poshmark and TheRealReal looking for deals. And, I am so getting those clear mules! Enjoy your weekend, Jamie! 🙂

You KNOW I love Poshmark (*** I am NEVER afraid to make an offer — often a seriously LOW offer — as the worst thing that can happen is they decline your offer … but you NEVER know what someone is willing to sell something for.) and TheRealReal is my Sunday afternoon “surfing for designer deals” go-to. XO!
I JUST scored my first Shein piece… at the thrift! It’s a top and actually seems to be pretty good quality.
