Let’s Talk About It

OH-Kaaaayyy …  Let’s talk about it. 

And by *It* I mean the fact that I am the Queen of pairing High w/Low and my HIGH is often something major Designer and my Low is often something from SheIn. 

SOOOO many of you ask me questions about SheIn and what I really think of them because you’ve spied me wearing their clothes and accessories for many years.  These are (essentially) the top 3 questions I always receive:

Does it take a really long time to receive your order from SheIn?  ~ Frankly,  I’m not really sure as I have a contact at SheIn who works with influencers and I place my orders through her.  My orders usually arrive within 7-10 days HOWEVER I have heard that some of you have occasionally experienced a 3 week lead-time or longer.

Is their sizing consistent and accurate? ~ My answer to this is always the same.  I only order by using my measurements.  If I follow my actual measurements, based of the item sizing chart, sometimes I order a small … sometimes I order a XL.  As long as I order based off of my actual measurements, I would say that 85% of the time the item(s) fit me properly.  IGNORE what their size tag says … use your measurements, measurements MEASUREMENTS. 

What is SheIn’s quality like?  ~ I consider SheIn to be a great website to order inexpensive, TRENDY items that are totally seasonal.  I don’t want to spend a lot of money on a trend and I don’t have HUGE expectations from a $14 blouse. If it lasts for more than 3 washes,  then I’m THRILLED, as I had only planned on wearing it about 3 times ~ any more wearings is a bonus. I’ve had great luck with their accessories and many of their bags AND shoes still live in my closest. (I’m not a crazy about their jewelry, though.)
