Thanks so much for blogging the things you can buy at drug store. This is great, worth a try. Love reading your blog everyday.
Thanks, Diane! Yeah, these were five items I just recently tried out and I usually shop at more of a department story beauty counter but I figured I could apply any savings to … you know, things like shoes. (The nail polish is kind of amazing.)
I’m the same with department make up counters and I keep hearing how “drug store” beauty has come a long way so thanks for doing the research!
Well, I’ve always been a bit of a Sephora/Macy’s counter addict but when I wondered into Walgreens for cough drops and a card … I spied a few things to try.
Outfit is super duper!
I DO actually receive more compliments on my fuzzy sweatshirt. (under $16!) #WooWhoo
I’m super into drugstore makeup right now. I have that wet n wild palette. #twinsies
Ha! Love it!
Thanks for checking the tips. What do you think of Elf products?
I’ve tried a few of their products. They have a GREAT under eye powder that is PERFECT for pics or TV … the light kind of bounces off it.
Great post! I have always bought almost all my makeup at the drug store. I am a big Loreal fan. Anymore I only use BB cream for the most part on my face and I have it in Covergirl and Urban Decay which is a little higher end but not much. I almost can’t tell the difference myself. My favorite mascara is definitely Loreal but really like Maybeline too. Also, love your top so much! I was out shopping and found a darling fun one on clearance that is the same style. It is a Micahel Kors black sweater with the front being black fur! Crazy cute! So excited and can’t wait to wear it. I would never have even looked for something like it if I hadn’t see yours! So thanks! Peace! Cheryl
Well, so glad I could inspire, Cheryl! I wasn’t sure if the fuzzy/furry would work for me either but it’s pretty darn cute. (I love Urban Decay, too!)
