The over-sized turtleneck sweater has two big benefits.

It’s comfortable and … it’s hugely forgiving.

And instead of pairing it with clothing one might normally gravitate towards like leggings or skinny jeans ~ I like pairing it with something a bit more unexpected.

… interesting jewelry. Lately I’ve been wearing jewelry from local artist, Melodie Owen.

I love her German glass pendant necklace w/ Swarovski crystals and her hand-crafted steel and brass chain with Venetian glass beads and pearls. Interesting … and fab, right?!

I’ve also been spotted wearing her black and white disc necklace

with some go-to pieces from Worth NY to a luncheon, and her pieces have recently appeared on my blog, as well.

Remember seeing these German Glass inclusion earrings? They happen to be my FAVE and I’ve worn them, at least, 2 or 9 times now. Obsessed much?

I LOVE Melodie’s pieces! I have several and am waiting for a pair of earrings with that gorgeous German glass. I get compliments every time I wear her art pieces.

Love your overall look…very chic! I am also blessed to have several pieces of Melodie’s “Art Pieces”…they ooze with talent and creativity…and YES she can do original special pieces…I have a Dallas Cowboy grouping that is to die for…(my husband is a HUGE COWBOYS fan). Friends have even borrowed to wear to a game…So fun!
