A few weeks ago, my husband and I were treated to an amazing weekend at Palacio de Marquesa in Taos, New Mexico compliments of the kind folks at Heritage Hotels and Resorts.
We were over-the-top excited, partially because we had not been to Taos in quite some time (a VERY special place for us) but mainly because we were very aware of this luxury boutique hotel, but had not had an opportunity to experience it.
The weekend we were there turned out to be one of the last cold weekends in New Mexico and … it evened snowed. So when we arrived, I ran from the car and wanted inside immediately.

Once we got settled in our FAB room, appropriately named the Socialite, and cranked up the fireplace …
ALL was good. Every little detail in our room and sitting area was GORGE and I was especially loving all of the beautiful tiles in the bathroom.
in the community dining room where you may even run into, and visit with, other travelers.
You can also chill out in the relaxing community room.
That weekend, my husband and I enjoyed fine dining at a variety of restaurants in Taos, had a private tour at the Harwood Museum of Fine Art, took a few pics around town for blog posts that I just recently released …
