I understand the importance of a proper diet to help keep me healthy and strong. I know that my food choices each day will affect how I feel today, tomorrow and the future.
Sure ~ I try to follow that darn USDA food pyramid and I eat plenty of vegetables, proteins, healthy oils, etc. However, surprisingly, what I eat the least of are fruits. I don’t know why. I get that fruits are good for me, but they’re just really not my thing. Unless you count the Pinot Grigio fruit…then I’m “all in”.
So, I just figured out a way to incorporate more fruits into my daily routine:
