I have become the youngest known to all mankind a GLAM-ma! Wooo-Whoo! Over the past weekend, my husband and I became first-time grandparents. We have THE most beautiful little granddaughter anyone could ever ask for and we are “over-the-top” thrilled!
We have been preparing for her arrival for a very long time and have put all kinds of systems in place to ensure her safety. The first thing we did was:
Prepare the grounds.
Then, we hired a whole new security team.
We offered a few suggestions on how to protect the baby from hurting herself in the house…
…and ideas on how to bond with her early on.
My husband and I plan to assist the new parents as much as possible. Anything that they need. My husband thought he could help by changing her diapers…
…and I figured they might like some assistance with walking their dog.
But most importantly, we want this gorgeous little baby girl to know that she is loved…and she is! When they placed you in my arms, you slipped into my heart.
She’s got these beautiful little eyes, precious little hands and toes and THE softest head of hair…OH! We are so fortunate and so blessed to have this little baby in our lives.
