If you’re in Santa Fe looking for Char on San Francisco Street – well, guess what? You’re looking in the wrong place! If you haven’t already figured it out, Char has moved. And if you don’t know who Char is – then we seriously need to talk.
Char may be best known for her leathers, but if you haven’t checked her store out lately then you are certainly in for a treat. I visited with her a few weeks ago and her inventory is as great as ever.
Here is just a sampling of her terrific leathers that are made right in Santa Fe.
Additionally, any antique lace items in her store are made in the USA and all of the hand-cotton blouses are crafted in Bali.
There’s a HUGE selection of yummy jewelry made by her sons, Demian and Alex, like the below pieces. However, they also make these amazing Fortuno Lockets.
There were three NEW things I learned on this past visit to Char:
- If you’re a sale stalker like me- venture upstairs. That’s where she keeps her loot of good dealzzz!
- She now has her OWN parking lot!
- Char told me she likes to hold “theme” parties in her store. How fun is that? If you and your girlfriends have an idea for a theme party, reach out to her and see what you can come up with (as these parties need to be prearranged.) Char holds these parties on Friday evenings from 4:30-7:00 PM, and will even serve you and your guests a little “munch and bev!”
