If you happened to have read this recent blog post, you then learned that I have struggled with my weight for MANY years and that exercise is BIG TIME important to me.

It’s something that I just have to do.   Every. Single. Day.   But I’ve got a confession.  Lately …I’ve been a bit of a slacker.

Now don’t get me wrong, I still exercise every day BUT,  I haven’t down anything different.  I haven’t changed the scenery, I haven’t introduced new weightlifting techniques, I haven’t gone longer or harder … nothing.

In other words, it’s the same ‘ole, same ‘ole.

But now that spring is just a few weeks away, (wholly cow!)  I am taking that first step forward …
and SHAKIN’ THINGS UP! 
Because, yeah … you’ve got to do that.

BTW ~ did you know that all white is the new black?

Just sayin’!
So, now you know I’ve got to ask you …
