Look Changer

So, if you follow me on Instagram, then you saw that earlier in the summer I posted this picture of these c/o Alterre sandals.

I had also had my ~~husband~~ professional photographer take a few pictures of me wearing these special sandals and had some creative photography all ready to post … BUT … I held off.

Why hold off? You ask … and what exactly makes these sandals so special?

Well, check this, friends. Alterre makes shoes that are customizable! That’s right, now you can get multiple looks out of one pair of shoes. Here’s what I mean.

The first thing you do is select your “lift” ~ which is basically the base of your shoe.

I chose the blush sandal as my lift.

Then you select your “looks” ~ also known as the straps, that you simply snap to the bottom of your lift. See how you easily do that here.

What I think is so great about this customizable shoe concept is, not only can you achieve multiple looks, but as a traveler I appreciate that this one pair of shoes takes up very little room in my suitcase. … leaving more room to purchase handbags. #Brilliant

So cool! I’m signing up now. Your point about being great for travel is spot on. Shoes always take up too much room in the suitcase. What a great idea!
