OMGeee, Everyone!  Have you heard of Le Tote?

tunic11My rentable/purchasable top came from Le Tote.le-toteIf you’re not familiar with the super cost-effective program,  Le Tote ~ please take a moment and read this post … because you may very well decide you need to add me to your Christmas gift list.

Here’s the skinny:

  • You can rent unlimited clothing and accessories for one monthly price ($49).
  • You get free shipping both ways – when your tote is sent to you, and when you return it.
  • Your tote arrives with 3 garments and 2 accessories that you have selected from your “closet” – and you can swap out items before your tote ships.
  • Wear the items for as long as you want.
  • Keep what you want – members can purchase the item(s) and many are priced up to 50% off retail.
  • Return whatever you don’t want.
  • Unlimited totes every month.   Watch this very brief and helpful video for the full details.

Kinda sounds like it’s too good to be true, right?  Well, I have tried two totes thus far (both in the same month) and here’s how it all went down for me:

le tote collage 1Ok, I wore this top on this previous post and received many compliments on it.  I almost purchased it, but decided that I could always rent it again if I wanted to.

Then,  I worn this grey dress on one of my Fashion Forward segments on 2 KASA Style.  It was cute, but the ruching did no favors to my living comfortably, refuses to leave muffin top.  That’s ok.  I just sent it back with that particular tote – because shipping is free!

le tote coll 2Moving on to this top and this cuff that I wore to a Doctors appointment (the sleeves are faux leather) and to this cute black tunic that I wore on my last blog post.  Returned them both in their respective totes ~ not because I didn’t want them, I just didn’t need themHey ~ I’m renting here.

And, lastly, I rented

le tote collage 3these two items.  I seriously considered purchasing this top that I wore 3 times … for 3 days  … in a row.  I also seriously considered purchasing this maxi dress.  I might rent it again and then just keep it.  If I decide to do this, as a member I will pay $44 for this dress ~ which, in this case, is 50% off the retail price.

So, think you might want to try Le Tote for yourself?  If so, I encourage you to read this page: Le Tote FAQ … and if you decide you want to go for it, just click here.  Meanwhile, I’m going to continue having fun test driving multiple items for just $49 per month.

See you Christmas morning!
