Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ~

Last Friday I woke up jazzed.  Jazzed because I was going to be spending the ENTIRE afternoon at betty’s bath & day spa!!!  I could barely contain myself because I was about to have – my fave – the betty’s blissful facial.

This is how I felt about my face before I had my betty’s blissful facial.

And, this is how I felt about my face after my betty’s blissful facial!

Oh yeah… I felt that good!

But on a more serious, less “cookie monster dance” note…one goes to betty’s to relax, reconnect with yourself, be at peace…and to totally forget any worries you may have.

There are so many ways to accomplish this “zen-ness” at betty’s. You could soak in a relaxing bath,  indulge in a yummy facial, experience a new body treatment, or totally escape with an amazing massage (and you, and your honey, can share a couples massage as well.)

There were a few things that I discovered while I was there:

• Firstly, betty’s front desk is a well-oiled  (pardon the pun) machine.  You’re checked in, given your robe, directed where to sit back and relax…take a deep breath…and chill.
• All of the employees seem to be having a great time!  They hug each other, they laugh – it’s really a nice environment.
• I saw quite a few men there.  Not employees – clients. (It was their robes that gave it away …)
• betty’s offer’s pregnancy tables and massage for mommies-to-be.  The therapists are specially trained to offer this service.
• Many of the products sold at betty’s were created by betty’s founder, Elissa, herself.  I’ve only got one word for these products: Lux-u-ri-ous!
• We may never have known or been able to experience this local landmark day spa had Elissa not had a wonderful relationship/partnership with WESST.  (Is this a great community, or what?)

So the next time you’re in dire need of a pick me up or a chill me out – go to betty’s bath and day spa. You deserve it!

Just be prepared for a hug.
